We have been fortunate to find people who were willing and capable and wanted to be part of our growing business. Some were friends of the family, “grew up in the company,” and remain today as part of our seasoned crew of wood floor craftsmen.

Mike is a master craftsman who specializes in refitting period homes with new wood floors that match the home’s original character. He has 25 years in the flooring trade, 23 of which have been with CZ Becker Co. Mike likes motorcycles, dogs, and pancake breakfasts.
